We supply used or surplus ex-corporate IT equipment. All of our equipment is carefully tested, cleaned and graded. Please read our listings fully, as we try to supply lots of information to help you make a buying decision. We describe the condition as clearly as we can and add photographs if they will help.

Most used equipment will show some signs of use, typically small minor scuffs or scratches. We describe cosmetic issues such as shiny keys or dead pixels and screen pressure marks. If we do not mention an issue then please assume the unit is A-grade and no cosmetic issues have been noted.

Invoices & Payments

VAT is included in all of our listings and prices. A separate VAT invoice will be supplied with each item.

We accept payment by Paypal, Credit or Debit Card and Bank Transfer. Please make sure the correct address is shown on your eBay account and Paypal payment.

If you are buying multiple items, let us know and we will combine your purchases into one invoice.

Finally please pay promptly or at least let us know if you no longer want the item.


Most of our items are sold with a 30 day hardware only warranty, unless otherwise mentioned in the listing

The majority of our items are used, so you should expect to see some small signs of use on the item.  If an item has a significant cosmetic issue, we should have mentioned in the listing description.

Wherever possible please test the item as soon as you receive it.  We recommend you do not upgrade or change any components in any item until you have tested it, as supplied by us first.  This includes changing the operating system.

Should you experience a problem with your item, please email us on or call us on Tel: 01462 813145.  We resolve many issues quickly and promptly without customers needing to return the item.

If the item needs to be returned we will ask you to send it back to us in good condition and carefully wrapped.  We often use the eBay returns system to provide you with a prepaid postage label.

Our warranties cover hardware problems only.  We cannot assist with software problems. If you return an item you must back up your data, as we accept no responsibility for any data that may be lost whilst the item is in our possession.


If your item is ordered and paid for by 1pm Monday to Friday we will endeavour to dispatch it that day.  Please make sure you try and provide a phone number – it helps with the delivery Many of our items are sold with free delivery.  If our listing states:

  • Free Express Delivery – this is usually a next working day service using a major courier.  A tracking number will be provided within eBay.
  • Free Economy Delivery – this is usually a Royal Mail Signed For service and will take 2 to 3 working days to arrive. A tracking number will be provided within eBay.
  • Larger or heavy items are usually delivered via a pallet service.  This takes up to 48hrs from emailed dispatched notification. You will need to provide a phone number for this service.  The estimated cost for the pallet delivery service will be shown in the listing.
  • Global Shipping Programme – for non UK sales we will use the GSP service provided in conjunction with eBay.  The item is sent to the UK eBay distribution centre and they take care of the onward shipping to the customer.  They will provide a tracking number for the onward shipping.  This service is slower and it can take 5 or more days before your item arrives.

We provide tracking numbers for nearly all items and they are uploaded into your listing, so you should be able to track your item from 4pm on the day it has been dispatched. Direct Selling Regulations

Our aim is to keep our customers 100% happy.  If for any reason you are not happy with the condition of the product or you have just changed your mind, you can send it back.  We will issue a full refund (excluding return P&P) upon receipt of the returned goods. This applies for 30 days after purchase.

The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage and the item must be returned to us unused in the same condition as you received it.  Any accessories, cables and software supplied must be returned to.  This also includes if you have purchased the item in error, for example you bought the incorrect specification.
